Please let me shed some light into why I titled this piece "The Unknown". This painting was a continual prayer/meditation time with God. I really was wrapped with the Holy Spirit while creating the structure with the stucco medium via my palette knife. Later I looked close and realized there was some sort of symbol in it. Very intriguing. This piece has an severe texture, about 3/4 inch deep in some parts. I wanted the outer parts to have a stone light quality. In person it's much more interesting to touch and look at. I'll be showing this one at the RAW:Natural Born Artist showcase "Activate" on February 29th at the El Rey in LA.
